Our house is situated on the sunny south side of Saalbach, on the south side oft he valley, quiet. Distance to the "Kohlmais-Bahn": 40 meters. (start to the ski circus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang) Five minutes walking distance to the centre of Saalbach (church).

Please don’t smoke in the rooms- under no circumstances!.

You can choose:
A comfortable 3-room-flat that messures about 70 square meters and consists of a kitchen (separate room with large table), sleeping room, living room, SAT-TV, douche, wc) for up to 4 persons. You can enjoy the large sunny terrace with a beautiful view.
The two room appartment is at the 1st floor of our small quiet house (for only 3 families). It messures about 35 sqm and is ideal for 2-3 persons. The appartment has a balkony for your sun-bath with a wonderful view.
The Studio messures about 17 square meters (living/sleeping room with a couch for 2 persons also to sit on during the day). There ist a balcony with a beautiful view for sunbathing.
You can book every single flat or 2 or all 3 together. The Studio and the flat with 2 rooms are on top of the house next to each other alone on this same floor. The 3-room-flat is located on a separate floor too.

The parking place in front of the house allows you to be free of your car during the vacation, you can walk all distances, also for après ski and the famous night life. You can start skiing next to the house and come back down the mountain on the same place. You also can enjoy walking or nordic skiing.
